Ms Adams holds a degree in French and Hispanic Studies from the University of Birmingham and a Postgraduate Certificate of Education from the University of Exeter.
She has over 10 years’ experience in the NGO sector, working on international projects for The Tropical Health and Education Trust in London, Blue Ventures Marine Conservation in Belize and Madagascar and a grassroots community project in the Guatemalan rainforest. She is also a qualified teacher of modern languages and has worked as a translator in Spain.
Based in Barcelona, her tasks in EFIMED will be divided between EFIMED communications and project management and support across various EFIMED projects.
