  • To reinforce the Facility's VPA team in its work in the Latin America and Caribbean region by carrying out FLEGT information and fact finding missions, establishing and maintaining contacts to a broad array of VPA stakeholders, and implementing analysis of governance situation in potential partner countries in the region.
