Registration fees

Before 1 June there is no registration fee for 2 representatives from each EFI member organisation (Associate & Affiliate) and for invited observers to participate the EFI 2012 Annual Conference, Conference dinner and the Scientific Seminar. This applies only for the first 100 registrations and until 1 June 2012.

  • After 1 June, the registration fee for the representatives of EFI member organisations (Associate & Affiliate) and for invited observers to participate the EFI 2012 Annual Conference, Conference dinner and the Scientific Seminar is 200 EUR.
  • Registration fee after 17 August is 275 EUR.
  • Fee for the field trip is 80 EUR for all the participants.
  • Please note that your registration is binding and in the case of cancellation the registration fee will not be reimbursed. 
  • Registration closes on 7 September 2012

  • If you wish to participate only to the Scientific Seminar (4 October), the fee is 80 EUR.
  • If you wish to participate only to the Conference dinner (3 October), the fee is 80 EUR.

Participants are requested to arrange their own accommodation. You are advised to reserve your accommodation as early as possible. For more information about accommodation, please visit here.
