FORest EXTension network

The Forest Extension Network (FOREXT)  had its 3rd meeting in Montpellier, France on 4-5 April, 2019. EFI's Nataša Lovric and Christophe Orazio were among the 30 some participants from different member and observer organizations, using the opportunity to exchange ideas in preparing their networks annual work plan. The meeting was followed by a visit of forest experimental site of Puéchabon, which is studying climate change impacts on Mediterranean oak forests. The network is currently in the process of seeking EFI’s support when it comes to their secretariat work coordination.
